I got it set up in just a few minutes, and the pairing worked on the first try. It was simple, just followed the app step by step and it was done. No weird steps, no hassle, just quick and easy.

I picked up the level Wi-Fi bridge for my lock and overall it’s been a good addition. I’ve used a couple of smart lock accessories in the past that were way more frustrating to get connected, so this wasn’t too bad by comparison. Setup took me a few tries, but nothing that made me want to give up. The app definitely connects faster now, and being able to check the lock when I’m away from home is exactly what I wanted. It did drop connection once and I had to unplug it to reset it, but it’s been fine ever since. Solid 4 stars for me

I’ve been using level.co for a bit now and the touch access is faster than I thought it would be, I just tap it and the door unlocks right away and I’m not standing there awkwardly waiting or tapping it over and over like I expected might happen.
It’s been especially nice when I’m carrying groceries or have my hands full because it just makes getting inside feel easier, it’s a small thing but it works smoothly every day and I’ve gotten used to it really fast.

I’ve been using Level Home Inc. for guest access at our place, and yeah, it’s been handy. If friends are stopping by or the cleaners need to get in, I can send access in like a minute and then turn it off after. No more hiding keys somewhere or wondering who still has a copy. It’s been working good for us so far...

It feels sturdy for the most part, like I’m not worried about it falling apart right away. But then again, a few of the smaller parts do feel kind of cheap. Not a dealbreaker, though. I still think the build is decent, just not quite as nice as I was hoping.

The Bluetooth has been awesome!! It connected super fast, and it actually stays solid... even when I leave my phone way across the room!! No weird dropouts or anything!!!

The lock works fine most days, but every now and then it just doesn’t respond. That makes me a little nervous since it’s something I’m counting on for security and access. It’s okay overall, but I wouldn’t want to rely on it as my only option without a backup.

I’ve had my Level lock for a few months now. The auto-unlock has been really solid. I walk up with bags in my hands, and it usually opens right as I get close. Sometimes there’s a tiny delay. Maybe a second or two.

I only had one miss, and that was when my phone died. Other than that, no issues. It just feels normal now. Which is exactly what I wanted.

This worked just fine with my key. It fit without any fuss, and I was able to use it right away. Simple, but it did exactly what I needed.

I reached out to support and they were helpful overall. It wasn’t instant, so I’d say give them a little time to respond, but they did get back to me quickly and helped with what I needed. If you’re waiting on a reply, I’d recommend being a bit patient, they seem to come through.

I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now, and so far it seems easy to use. Things load fairly quickly, and I don’t really find myself getting lost trying to find what I need.

I mostly got this because of the auto-lock, and it’s been working every time so far. We leave, the door locks itself, and I don’t have to stand there wondering if I remembered to do it. It just makes mornings feel less chaotic, probably because if one thing works right then the whole day feels like it’s going better.

I got the Level lock mostly because I wanted something that would actually play nice with Apple HomeKit, and so far it’s been great. Setup in the Home app was easy, and I can lock and unlock it from my phone or with Siri without any weird issues. My automations are working too, which is all I was hoping for. Nice when something just connects and does what it’s supposed to. Anyway.

At first glance, it looks clean and does have a nice simple style. But after using it for a bit, it started to feel really plain and kind of boring. I was expecting a little more personality or detail, so it’s disappointing enough that I’d consider reaching out to see if there’s a better option or some kind of improvement available.

I haven’t had any issues with it so far, and it does feel secure enough for my needs. I’m still not totally sure how well it’ll hold up long term, but for now I don’t really have any complaints.

I was kinda worried it wouldn’t fit my older door, but it lined up just fine with what was already there. Install was easy enough, and I didn’t have to mess with replacing the whole lock setup or anything. So far, it’s been working great.

The lock itself works fine most of the time, so I don’t really have major complaints there. But the battery? Yeah, not great. I expected it to last longer, and then I ended up having to change it way sooner than I thought I would. It’s not the end of the world or anything, but come on, I don’t want to be thinking about my door lock battery this often. Slightly annoying.

I’ve been using level.co for a little while now, it’s been a good experience for the money.

What I appreciated most is that it didn’t feel like they were trying to nickel-and-dime me or make things confusing on purpose. I could actually tell what I was paying for, which feels like basic decency but sadly isn’t always the case.

It’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price, I’m happy with it. It’s simple, useful, and I don’t feel like I threw my money away.

It also looks like a normal lock on the door, which I really like. My only warning is to make sure it’ll work with your current smart home setup before buying, because I could see that being frustrating if you assume it’ll just connect right away.
